Shipping

PLEASE ROMANISE YOUR ADDRESS if you live in an area that uses a different alphabet! Examples include but are not exclusive to addresses in Korea, Japan, Russia, etc.

Orders will ship weekly. I do all the work myself, while having a fulltime job, and the volume of orders is especially high during the first few days of reopening. Thank you for understanding!

Can I track my package?
I offer both First-class and Priority Mail options to most countries*. First-class Mail cannot be tracked while Priority and Registred mail can. For the latter options, you'll get notified and will recive a tracking number via email once I ship your order.

I ship all my orders via the national postal service - CTT - Correios de Portugal, SA. This way, when packages reach whichever country I'm shipping to, they will be handled by the national/government-owned postal service there. You can use your local postal service's website tracking page - or CTT's own - to look up your package via this number.

Only a very small list of countries do not allow for Track&Trace policies.
Tracked shipping is reccomended. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages when tracking is not purchased.

How long are shipping times?

You will see a rough estimate interval at checkout. These account for transit time and are also dependant on the efficiency of your local postal service. The preparation of your package and any extra time spent in customs if necessary are not accounted for.


How are products packed?
Your order will be shipped in bubble mailers. Orders with prints will be shipped in flat cardboard mailers. Paper products (prints, stickers, photocards) are protected inside size-fitting envelopes. Gacha options on charms and buttons will be hidden in holographic wrappers. All resources are recyclable. Thanks to your feedback and support I can keep improving my products and packaging!

What happens if I find an item is damaged?
If heavy/visible damage happens to any item in your order during transit, I can send a replacement for that item* at the cost of shipping only. Please send an email with photo proof to [email protected] and a new shipment can be arranged.

I cannot guarantee the replacement of items that are damaged at later times after use, unless the product in question is shown to have been defective from the get-go.
